Their portfolio includes critical infrastructure upgrades such as improvements to Whitehorse General Hospital, community-focused retrofits like Kaushee’s Place Women’s Shelter, and collaborations with First Nations on housing and agricultural initiatives. Sustainable & Energy-Efficient Builds
Built the first net-zero home in Yukon, setting a benchmark for energy-efficient housing in the North.
Emphasis on innovative practices that reduce environmental impact and improve long-term sustainability.
Heritage & Cultural Restoration
Partnered with the Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada on the restoration of several historic Yukon sites.
