  • Sustainable & Energy-Efficient Builds

    • Built the first net-zero home in Yukon, setting a benchmark for energy-efficient housing in the North.

    • Emphasis on innovative practices that reduce environmental impact and improve long-term sustainability.

  • Heritage & Cultural Restoration

    • Partnered with the Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada on the restoration of several historic Yukon sites.
